This foundation is just....great. I used it for a while, and then stopped, used MUFE HD, but came back to this. I wear it in 200 Nude, which is a tad bit too light for me, but a little bit of bronzer helps. Also, I use the combo/oily skin formula. The packaging is very annoying, but it's not a huge deal breaker for me. Consistency is pretty thick, and the coverage is medium to full (buildable). Not transfer resistant. Okay, now I'mmaaa break it down for you.
PACKAGING: Kind of heavy and bulky, plus NO PUMP! Agh, it's kind of annoying having to pour out the right amount and sort of shovel the excess back in.
CONSISTENCY: Pretty thick, but as its a heavy coverage foundation, that's understandable. Also, this stuff sets pretty fast, so I would recommend doing sections of your face at a time.
COVERAGE: Medium to full, its definitely buildable. You can definitely tell that you're wearing foundation, but if you use the right amount, it won't look cakey.
STAYING POWER: It doesn't stay 16 hours like the bottle says, I would say that I get a good 6-7 hours out of this before the I need a little powder touch up, which is pretty good for my oily T-zone.
PRICE: I've seen this anywhere from $9-14 USA, which is rather expensive for drugstore, but overall not too bad.
OVERALL: I rate this a 9/10, and will definitely repurchase.

MY SKIN
Okay, just a little bit of background on me, so you can see how I'm judging these products. I have combination-oily skin. I'm doing the Proactiv thing right now, so parts of my skin are dry and flaky, and I'm not oily all over because of that. I have acne-prone skin, with very mild acne, at the max i have 7 or 8 pimples at a time, but only because of how well I take care of it. I like a more heavy coverage foundation with a matte finish, and the ability to not stick to dry spots and accentuate flakiness. Okay, that's me. (:
